I applied to be an advisor for a similar post in July 2007 under President Bush.  I have repeatedly emailed leaders of government and religions since 2001 (and before) that there will be no peace in Muslim conflict areas until the word of God to prophets on both sides are brought into the discussions and negotiations. 

They have not understood the power of the word of God to radical people of religion; and they cannot present it because they do not follow it or have the credibility God has created in me.  Many prophecies can be fulfilled through the word of God given to prophets in many nations.  God has provided the way.

Protecting religious minorities on other continents will protect all religions in all nations.  An envoy without religious credibility can only document, not stop, abuses between and among religions.
